You’ll explore locations inspired by the cozy haven of Hagrid’s Hut and the lush Herbology greenhouse—but keep an eye out for nesting dragons, fantastic beasts, and hidden Boggarts™.

As you explore the Exhibition, you can seek Golden Snitch™ medallions that will customize your experience based on your wizarding profile. Using your wristband, collect points for your Hogwarts house as you complete activities, like brewing potions and casting spells!

Absolutely loved it! Go if you can! It was totally immersive and extensive. Sign up at the beginning to participate in tasks along the way! The exhibits were broken up by themes like Houses, Wands or Quidditch! Every room was loaded with props and costumes from the films. Test your wand skills, make a potion, defeat a boggart! I took so many photos! Again, if you love HP and you have a chance, go! WOW !!!

Everything was on point, from the beginning to the end. There are so many things to see and so many room and things to explore. It is a dream for Harry Potter enthusiasts and also for people who are just into movies in general because there is a lot of behind the scenes information, props and original outfits that were super interesting.

It was a very good experience, the same vibes like we see in the Harry Potter movie. From Harry’s iconic glasses to Hermione’s elegant robes, the exhibition showcases an extraordinary collection of costumes that instantly transport visitors into the realm of magic. It was such a great interactive experience. Would recommend to any to Harry Potter and Non HP fans to try!!!! And seeing Hogwarts Legacy come to life. Even if you’re not a fan you’ll still enjoy it!!!

The Experience

What can I expect from the event? Harry Potter™: The Exhibition is a groundbreaking touring exhibition that celebrates the iconic moments, characters, settings, and beasts as seen in the Harry Potter™ film series through best-in-class immersive design and technology. Celebrate your favorite moments, props, costumes, characters, and locations from the Harry Potter film series, including iconic creatures, and stories from Fantastic Beasts™ and Harry Potter and The Cursed Child.
Where is the experience located? 10230 State St, Sandy, UT 84070. The Exhibition is located near The Shops at South Town but is not inside the mall. It sits adjacent to the mall in the same shopping center as Target and Impact Ninja Gym.
How do I get to the event?

From Salt Lake City:

Take I-15 South and exit at 10600 South (Exit 293) in Sandy. Turn left onto 10600 South, then left again onto State Street. At 10200 South, turn left once more — the venue will be directly ahead.

From Provo:

Take I-15 North toward Salt Lake City and exit at 10600 South (Exit 293). Stay in the center lane to merge onto North Monroe Street. Turn right onto the mall ring road — the venue will be on your left.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? There will be free parking available at the venue and surrounding area.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, there is a retail shop where guests can shop for a wide variety of merchandise exclusive to Harry Potter™: The Exhibition. A ticket is not needed to enter the shop.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? This is an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights? No, strobe lights are not present in the Exhibition. However guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the Exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? There will not be seating available for this experience.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is coat check available? Yes, this venue will have a bag/coat check available for a fee per item.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Please note: double width strollers aren't permitted.
Will there be an audio guide? This experience will include an audio guide in English, along with several other languages available upon request. Please ask the staff for it!
